I live and work most of the time in Paris, in the 15th district.
I Graduated of the M.Sc. programs in Paris 8-St Denis University in dance and esthetics, in contemporary dance at IDA (Linz, Austria), and from Essais - program for young choreographers at the National Center for Contemporary Dance in Angers, France (CNDC direction Emmanuelle Huynh).
Dance is my primary occupation yet since 2007 I am a regular fiction and non-fiction contributor to the Corpus on-line magazine www.corpusweb.net and I complete my performing practice by following acting sessions at the Pygmalion Studio in Paris. Working as performer and choreographer means voluntarily flirting with other media such as visual arts, literature or the cinema.
Taking reflection on time, individual and collective memories, and remembering as points of departure, my work evolves into multidisciplinary projects frequently featuring slow-motion movement and abounding in cinematographic references. Consequently, professional and amateur dancers navigate between impersonating characters of fiction and being themselves.
My work was presented in numerous festivals including: Performatica, Cholula (MX), Art for Children Biennale (PL), Warsaw Dance Night (PL), Mains d’oeuvres, Saint-Ouen, (FR), several Museums of Fine Arts, Frac Pays-de-la-Loire, Mac Val, CNDC d’Angers...
As performer I was very happy to work with great artists such as Superamas, Jennifer Lacey, Milles Plateaux Associés, Sophie Bocquet, Davis Freeman, Michelle Moura, Fabienne Compet, Nuno Bizarro, Jocelyn Cottencin, Moser&Schwinger, Boris Achour, Didier Boussarie…
In 2010, together with 4 other choreographers we co - founded the choreographic platform Météores which has been settled in Nantes since 2013.
I was twice awarded the Polish Ministry of Culture grant and in 2013 was a resident at the Pavillon Neuflize OBC – laboratory of creation of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
